Disregard for sanitary rules was recorded in entertainment establishments of Osnovyansky, Shevchenkovsky, Kievsky and Moskovsky districts of Kharkov.
This is reported by the communication department of the police of the Kharkiv region.
Based on these facts, criminal proceedings were initiated under h. 1 st.
325 (violation of sanitary rules and norms for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisoning) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to 3 years in prison.
In total, since the beginning of quarantine measures, investigators have opened 40 cases of violation of sanitary rules and norms for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisoning. One criminal proceeding with an indictment has already been sent to court.
