On June 4, during the implementation of operational information, border guards of the Kramatorsk detachment, who perform tasks as part of the Joint Forces, caught a “people's militia”.
A man born in 1986, a resident of the city of Kramatorsk, in April 2014, voluntarily joined the ranks of illegal armed groups. There he served at one of the checkpoints, fulfilled the tasks of observing the so-called access control, checking documents and inspecting citizens' vehicles.
On this fact, the National Police was notified of the detection of signs of a criminal offense, the responsibility for which is provided for. 2 tbsp. 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “The creation of armed forces not prescribed by law or participation in their activities”.
