Deputy Kharkov mayor Igor Terekhov said that the heating season in Kharkov starts in October, depending on the weather conditions. Traditionally, heat supply will begin in kindergartens, schools, maternity homes, hospitals, educational and cultural institutions, and after that - in residential houses.
According to him, the preparation of intra-housing networks of housing stock is almost 100%.
"Today, the filling of the system with a coolant continues. At present, the level of network filling in Kharkov is about 70%. There are questions on the occupancy of systems in residential houses, powered from the main pipelines, which we are now shifting. In the near future these works will be completed, and the main lines - put into operation, "- said Igor Terekhov.
