In Tavdinsky district court the judicial investigation in the criminal case against two residents of the village of Palmino. They are accused of committing a crime under Part 1, Article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence), the press service of the oblast prosecutor's office.
On February 5, 2017, the defendants left their dogs unattended, who were walking on the playground in the courtyard of the House of Culture. Loaded dogs attacked a girl born in 2009. From the bites the child died.
The state prosecutor asked the court to appoint the owners of dogs for two years of restraint of freedom. The verdict is scheduled for December 29, 2017.
