Depo reports. Kharkiv, the relevant decision on November 30, took Lozovskaya district court of the Kharkov region.
According to the court, the accused was drafted by the Kosovo RVK Ivano-Frankivsk region and sent to the military unit of A3220, where he was assigned to an anti-aircraft artillery platoon.
However, on July 22, 2017, the soldier left the unit, which is stationed in Lozova Kharkov region, and returned only on September 22.
The court found the man guilty of committing a crime by h. 4 items. 407 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to three years and six months of imprisonment, but released the soldier from serving his sentence on the basis of the Amnesty Law.
