The prosecutor's office of the Turin region after the complaint of the local resident conducted an audit in kindergarten No. 9 Teremok. Employees of the department found the drug "chloropyramine" in the nurse's office with expired validity. The medicines were intended to provide assistance to pupils of the kindergarten.

In accordance with the Rules for the Preservation of Medicinal Products and the Federal Law "On the circulation of medicinal products", medicines with expired shelf life are to be withdrawn from civil circulation and destroyed in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The employees of the prosecutor's office considered that the overdue tablets in the kindergarten were due to the negligent attitude of the nurse to their work. The expiration date of medicines expired in August 2017. The court agreed with the prosecutor's arguments and fined the nurse for 15 thousand rubles. Overdue drugs are withdrawn from circulation.
