The Council adopted the corresponding decision in accordance with the decision of the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the Council of October 4, 2017. At the same time, the Chamber decided to bring Chaus to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary punishment to him in the form of submission to the Supreme Council of Justice of the idea of ??his dismissal as a judge.

The GSP press service reported that in particular, the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the GSP came to the conclusion that Chaus was groundlessly absent from work for a long time, deliberately neglected his duties and violated the oath of the judge, and this behavior defames the title of judge and undermines the authority of justice.
