Soghalno information department, that in 2015, this township of urban land transferred to one of the enterprises for the construction of a garage, where they were preparing to make parking for trucks of the enterprise.
The prosecutor's office found out that the decision to grant a land plot was made in violation of the requirements of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the procedure of land auctions.
In addition, it turned out that the building was located too close to the park-green area.
Thus, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine decided to fully satisfy all the requirements of the Nikolayev Prosecutor's Office, and the lawsuit of the first appellate instance to be canceled without the right to appeal.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", the prosecutor's office is considering a controversial case involving the forests of Irpen and the mayor of the city.
