Yesterday, on August 15, in a personal meeting, the detained prosecutor will receive from the lawyer the entire amount.
At the moment, the accusation is being prepared for the detainee in part 3 of Article 368, Part 2 of Article 190, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the captain of Zhitomir police was convicted for five years. Investigator of Zhytomir police was convicted for a bribe of two thousand hryvnia.
