In Pervouralsk, a doctor-therapist of the city polyclinic started a criminal case. According to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office in the Sverdlovsk region, the woman decided in a very clever way to achieve high rates for clinical examination.

The doctor wrote in the report on this procedure, eight people who, in fact, were not in the hospital. For the examination of these non-existent patients, money was transferred from the budget of the territorial fund of CHI, and the doctor received a solid award.
