This was reported in the press service of the State Fiscal Service of the Kirovograd region. Alcohol was confiscated by officers of the National Police together with the tax police of the Main Directorate of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
Residents of the Dnieper region on the highway "Znamenka-Lugansk-Izvarino" stopped by law enforcers. A 47-year-old man in a truck transported 4,600 liters of illegally manufactured ethyl alcohol. Alcohol was in 19 plastic bowls, each volume of 240 liters. The total cost of alcohol is estimated at one million hryvnia. Investigation continues.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the border guards did not allow smuggling through the Dniester contraband alcohol.
