Company "Atomstroykompleks" started the improvement of the abandoned park in the UC microdistrict. The developer is building the conceptual housing estate "WOODS. Houses in the Park "in the area of ??Amundsen Streets - Razivnaya. The first of the four houses of the complex will be put into operation at the end of the year, the construction of the second one has already started. The neighborhood with a modern, well-maintained park has become one of the key elements of the concept of the complex: residents can use the park for jogging, sports, walks and rest.

At present, the site, formally called the park, in fact is not such: it is a spontaneously grown forest in the wasteland that has never been ennobled. Atomstroykompleks at its own expense plans to break here the pedestrian paths, install small architectural forms. This summer, the park will be the first stage of work. It will include the cleaning of the park from accumulated debris, the profiling of the drainage ditch and the bridge through it, the sanitary cleaning of the forest (cutting down sick trees, young animals, weeds). Also, the filling of pedestrian paths, the installation of decorative elements and the main architectural form will be performed - a canopy pergola in the center of the park. Builders will restore old paths that are used by residents of the area, and add new ones, thereby providing comfortable pedestrian communications within the microdistrict.

In particular, the paths of the park will link a new residential complex with existing multi-storey buildings, a kindergarten and public transport stops.

The working name of the park is "Curl", because in shape it looks like a cochlea, and all the tracks in it are radial and converge in the central part. The next summer, the work on the improvement of the park will continue: there will be planted new trees, perennial flowers and herbs, will install drinkers for birds and additional small architectural forms.
