"War, which is not": Vyatrovich explained the strange reaction of Ukrainians to the ban of the whole Russian

The rejection of the prohibition of all Russian society (cultural events sponsored by Russians, artists, Internet resources) by a significant part of Ukrainian society is due to the fact that people try to avoid realizing that there is a war in their country.

This was written by the director of the National Memory Institute Vladimir Vyatrovich on his Facebook page.

"The key feature of this war, which allows it to be considered unusual, is not a combination of military actions and information attacks, not cooperation between regular forces and terrorist groups (all these hybrid signs can be found in history), but in denying the very fact that it There ", he said.
