In Berezovsky criminal case against the director of "Berezovsky boarding school realizing the adapted basic general educational programs". He is accused of h. 3 items. 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement committed by a person using his official position).
Infringements of the official were revealed during the prosecutor's inspection. It turned out that the director of the boarding school had hired his close relatives - the children and the son-in-law, who did not have a proper education or work experience. Moreover, for them there were specially created rates that were not necessary for the full functioning of the boarding school. Despite this, the director paid them not only a salary, but also various incentive payments. In addition, they received a salary for combining work on posts that were not at all in the staff list. As a result, according to the prosecutor's office, the attackers managed to allocate 1.2 million rubles allocated from the federal and regional budgets.
