President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Law " This was reported in the press service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The law defines the legal basis for the forced seizure of property of Russia, as a state that started a full-scale war against Ukraine, and its residents. Seizure of property includes cases in which it is required by military necessity.
The law provides that the forced seizure in Ukraine of objects of Russian property and its residents is carried out without any compensation (reimbursement) of their value, given the full-scale aggressive war that Russia has unleashed and is waging against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.

The day before, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on strengthening responsibility for treason and sabotage. Convicted for these crimes will not be subject to amnesty.
