Both legal and physical, that is - relatives and friends, who now seem to buy themselves a crib at the Moscow state for their needs. Such an original visa in Moscow, which does not apply to the Saratov, the Urals and Siberia, since they are not Muscovy.
From the point of view of historical justice, Ukraine is simply obliged to repay the Russian Federation with the same "coin" - to enter visas as a civilized country, and not to the Moscow regime - you come to us, and we'll sort out on the spot: let you live or deport, or plant As a spy. In the conditions of war, a visa "filter" is uniquely on the border necessary for the elimination of propagandists, provocateurs and insane. Spies will be allowed in if they can convincingly expound their "legend". FSB can already start transferring money to the account of our border guards for refresher courses for their agents.
But even more visas are needed for two other main reasons.
Firstly, Russians have always lived by the principle: it's good where we do not exist. The only ethnos that has such a saying. Therefore, they always tried to escape from themselves, at least to the Don and Siberia. Half of the Russian army, having entered in 1815. To France, she wanted to stay there, but the evil authorities drove her home with sticks. Nothing has changed since then.
