Speaker of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said that the decision to ban the manufacture and promotion of St. George ribbons in Ukraine is "anti-historical".

This is stated on the page of Zakharova in Facebook.

"The decision is antidemocratic and anti-historical, which calls into question the fundamental possibility of any unification of the country. And how, I wonder, next year in Ukraine will celebrate Victory Day and hold marches of the "immortal regiment"? "- noted Zakharova.

"Eurovision is over - here is the Kiev regime and incurred. To solve these problems, neither forces nor will. And for the repainting of tigers money will now be found, "she said..
