The Ukrainian Social Insurance Fund named the regions and professions, where in 2018 the most frequent accidents at work. This UNN reported in the Executive Directorate of the FSSU.
"The most injured workers of such professions in the reporting period were the driver of motor vehicles (129), the miner of the face (65) and the sinker (58)," the report says..
According to the FSSU, the largest number of accidents related to production occurred in the Dnepropetrovsk region - 14%, in the Donetsk region - 12.5% ??and in the city of Kiev - 8.9%. The number of injured in these areas is 35.4% of the total in Ukraine.
In general, during the first half of 2018, the Ukrainian Social Insurance Fund recorded 2,385 accidents related to production, of which 173 were fatal.
As noted, compared with the same period last year, the number of accidents decreased by 4.2%.
