Kiev leads in the issuance of mortgage loans

Note that the metrics of the capital exceed the indicators of other regions taken together. On the second place among the largest cities - Lviv.

Under the purchase of housing in cities that are located outside the Kiev region and are not among the top five, 19% of loans were granted in 2016 and 24% in the first quarter of 2017.

Also add that in 2016 the volume of new loans for real estate amounted to 736 million UAH.
