As the head of the HOVA noted, daily the regional military administration is in close communication with the military command of the country, region and city.

On July 8, Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA, held a meeting with the heads of military units of the Kharkiv region, heads of law enforcement agencies, district administrations, the mayor of Kharkiv, and heads of territorial communities.

During the meeting, they discussed the continuation of the construction of a network of fortifications, the provision of military units with everything necessary and the cooperation of local governments with the military.

“With the support of the Office of the President, we have additional technical resources for this construction. We know the situation and are fully in control and ready for all scenarios! From all districts of Kharkiv region, heads of local governments, I expect effective cooperation with defenders. We personally control the results of joint actions with the military regional command! The defense of the region - first of all, military formations, law enforcement agencies and authorities at all levels should be the only fist in the fight against the enemy! "
