This was stated in a video message by the mayor of the satellite city of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant Slavutych Yury Fomichev.

" So far, we do not know for certain where this movement is going, but we know that they took the National Guardsmen from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, who from the first day were held captive at the nuclear power plant, who guarded it. They were taken away and taken away,"

According to Fomichev, this is the predicted action of the occupiers. Exchange negotiations are underway.
