On the same day, on suspicion of committing a crime, he was detained in accordance with Art.. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of 34 and 37-year-old malefactors.

Reported suspicion of a criminal offense. The sanction of the article provides for up to 7 years in prison.

Currently, the issue of electing a detainee to preventive measures in the form of detention, as well as a notification of suspected committing a crime to other accomplices, is being decided.
