"I went to the balcony, heard shouts on the street, people were running around. I opened the window, looked out. I look, in my direction look. He looked up and saw that there was a child hanging there.. He fell down, fell already, and I caught him. I dragged myself to the balcony, "- said Karev.
At the time of the incident, she was on the street. According to the child himself, who is about 7 years old, he was left alone for 15 minutes, locked in an apartment, and he wanted to go out for a walk.
The Emergency Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told journalists that the boy's condition was assessed as satisfactory, he was given to his parents.
