The Commission of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine canceled the decision on state registration of the sale of the farm "Strict A. "in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Justice for State Registration Elena Sukmanova, Agronews. On the basis of the canceled decision, the raiders tried to seize the enterprise.
According to Sukmanova, the grounds for the cancellation of state registration were numerous and significant violations in the documentation on the change of the owner of the company, on the basis of which the state registration was conducted.
According to the Deputy Minister, the law enforcement bodies should assess the lawfulness of the fact of the sale of the enterprise as part of an investigation into the relevant criminal proceedings.
