The Investigative Committee showed the relatives of the victims in the "Winter Cherry" video records seized in the investigation. Igor Vostrikov, who lost three children, his wife and sister, published in the social network a video of evacuation of visitors to the 4th floor of the SEC and commented on him.
"We were given a disk with a receipt. I'll show you the video that the doors were not locked.
Nobody locked anyone, you will see, "- says Vostrikov during the broadcast in Instagram.
As follows from the record, the doors to the halls were open. Many visitors to the shopping center did not immediately understand what had happened, and walked calmly along the corridor. People ran towards the exit, when a thick black smoke began to spread rapidly down the corridor.
On the record it is fixed, as the girl walking along the corridor opens the door to the red hall, where the cartoon was shown, but from there no one leaves.
"This is the door to the blue hall, this is the door to the red hall. In the red hall, all died, because they were locked. But the door is open, "- commented Vostrikov.
