After a major accident in the Canadian province of British Columbia, 40 people were hospitalized, and seven of them - in serious condition, according to Canadian media.
Another 70 people were taken to the heating points.
An accident involving two buses, two cars and two trucks occurred overnight at about 20:00 local time. The motorway between Merritt and Hope is currently closed.
Media note that the cause of the accident could be poor visibility on the road. The Canadian Environment Ministry issued a warning on a heavy snowfall.
