Depo reports. Kharkiv, the verdict to the offender on December 13 was taken by the Chuguyiv city court of the Kharkov region.

According to the court, the military contractor, being temporarily acting as commander of the reconnaissance company of the military unit B0927, from January 3 to 9, 2017, was on the territory of the unit in Chuguev.

However, due to an unfair attitude towards duties, the man did not provide proper control over the weapons of the unit, which resulted in the loss of four submachine guns at a cost of 1,100. UAH.

At the trial, the man pleaded guilty and confirmed that since January 3 the weapon was not checked.

The court also found him guilty of committing a crime by h. 3 items. 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of imprisonment for a period of five years with a probation period of one year.

However, on the basis of the Amnesty Law, the court released him from serving his sentence.
