Border guards of the Azov-Black Sea regional administration jointly with the employees of the State Fund of the Federal Service for Financial Markets in the Mykolaiv region exposed a group of persons who illegally stored, sold and transported oil products through a number of filling stations in the territory of Mykolaiv region.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement agents found and seized 138 tons of diesel fuel and 23 tons of gasoline in warehouses in the city of Pervomaisk. The preliminary amount of seized oil products is more than 4 million hryvnia.

The actions of malefactors fall under Article 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal manufacture, storage, sale or transportation for the purpose of selling excisable goods".
