Depo reports. Kharkiv, the verdict to the offender on August 14 was made by the Balakley District Court of the Kharkov Region. The defendant is a native of the Lviv region, a soldier of urgent military service, that of military unit A1352.
The court found that the violator, while on duty, on May 26, 2017 in a tent in the tent camp of the military unit A1352, which is stationed on Arsenalnaya Street in Balakley, struck another soldier in the face. As a result, the latter received minor injuries.
At the trial the military guilt recognized and confirmed the circumstances of the violation.
The court found him guilty of committing a crime by h. 2 items. 406 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the statutory rules of relations between servicemen in the absence of subordination relations) and appointed him a sentence of two years of imprisonment with a probation period of one year.
