For the fourth time in Kremenchug, the grave has been desecrated and the oel house on the burial place, the blessed memory, the daughters of Rabbi Nachman - Sara and Khai and their husbands - rebits Yitzhak and Reb Aaaron, has been desecrated, the Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities of Ukraine.

The results of the terrible pogrom were discovered by the Bratslav Hasidim from the USA and Israel, who set out on a journey to Ukraine to the tombs of the righteous to honor their memory. They arrived in Kremenchuk on the morning of June 12.

According to witnesses, in the morning the oel house was burning, and the monument was broken up to the ground. Pilgrims and Kremenchuzhans, who were at that time artifacts, respectfully respecting the memory of the Jewish righteous, collected the remains of a tombstone and built a makeshift monument. Recall, this is the fourth case of vandalism in Kremenchuk. For the first time to this place, the vandals reached nine years ago.

Since then, nothing has been done to prevent the desecration of graves, pogroms and acts of vandalism. The territory of the Jewish cemetery remains without protection and observation, and access to burial grounds is open.

According to the site "Uman shalom", 9 years ago local entrepreneurs received permission to build houses on the territory of the cemetery, but Jewish activists came to the city and started repairing graves and cemetery buildings. They also managed to achieve the cancellation of construction on this site.

The World Council of Braslav Hasidim on the pages of the site "Uman Shalom" appealed with an appeal to stop the outrage and desecration of Jewish shrines. The reaction of the city rabbi and mayor of Kremenchuk Vitaliy Maletsky is expected.
