As part of the investigation into the fact of the acquisition of land by the so-called "cooperative scheme" conducted by the investigators of the Kharkov Oblast Prosecutor's Office, a 38-year-old head of the department, a state registrar of one of the departments of the Kharkiv City Council. This was reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office.

The Registrar is charged with committing a crime by h. 5 items. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (seizure on a preliminary conspiracy with a group of persons of other people's property in especially large amounts by abuse of official position).

The official became the ninth suspect in the case. In particular, as previously reported, the suspicion of a similar crime (h. 5 items. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was announced to another state registrar for illegal registration of a legal entity, resulting in an illegal gratuitous allocation by the city council of the pseudo-ZhUK of 1 ha of land in Kharkov worth more than 2.2 million. UAH. And 7 members of cooperatives.

"Now during the pre-trial investigation a number of interrogations, searches and forensic examinations were carried out. The investigation continues. Measures are being taken to establish the entire range of persons involved in the criminal scheme of illegal allocation of land plots, "the Prosecutor's Office.

Currently, there are two criminal proceedings against illegal land allocation. Pre-trial investigation in one of them is conducted by the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. On a number of facts of land transfer, including in 2016 - investigators of the prosecutor's office of the region.



While the pre-trial investigation is continuing, the prosecutor's office will appeal against the decision to transfer these lands to the courts. So, during 2016 the so-called pseudo-CCS allocated 36.6 hectares of land. Only one of the 4 decisions of the session concerned the allocation of a site to a real housing and construction cooperative, which includes ATO participants.

Since early 2017, the decision to transfer ownership of land to the cooperatives of the Kharkov City Council has not yet been taken.
