According to them, the scheme of regular theft of money from the budget of Moscow, he developed, along with podelnikami from the same organization.

As it turned out during the investigation, enterprising first deputy director of the State Bank "Zhilischnik district Zyablikovo Yaroslav Revyakin arranged for work five people. They were held on the time-sheets and other documents necessary for the calculation of wages. Mythical employees did not come to work at any time, and the head on false statements regularly received money for them, which was credited to the cards of the Bank of Moscow.

While investigators installed five such dead souls - three men and two women. It is known that in fact there were more of them.

This is not the first big scandal associated with the "Zhilischnik" in Moscow in recent months. In April, information was received about the accrual of bonuses to himself by the head of the housing organization for the Nagorny District of the Southern District, Vladimir Horshov.

A month before that, the police had exposed the Moscow official Tatyana Kuznetsova from the "Zhilischnik" State Unitary Enterprise in the Chertanovo-Tsentralny district.

She wrote herself out of the city budget cash incentives.

Even earlier, a criminal case was initiated against the head of the "Zhilischnik" head of the Moskvorechye-Saburovo district, Niyaz Fattakhova. The official wrote out bonuses for 2 million rubles.

This happens in other organizations. For example, in March, a charge of fraud in especially large amounts was raised against the former adviser to the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Sergei Gorbunov.
