The Kiev department of the SSES filed four lawsuits to partially suspend the activities of the subjects, including the Children's World Trade Center near Darnitsa metro station, which operate in fire hazardous areas. This was reported by the head of the Emergency Management Department of the Emergencies Ministry of Kyiv Dmitry Mozhevenko on Thursday, April 19.

"The checks have just begun and will continue in the second quarter of this year. It is planned to check about 1,500 establishments, of which 357 objects are shopping, cultural and entertainment institutions and leisure facilities, "said Mozhevenko.

He said that in April, 600 objects are scheduled to be inspected. As of April 17, the SSES started inspecting 471 facilities, handed over 78 verification reports and brought to administrative responsibility 80 officials. According to Mozhevenko, 13 acts of verification concern retail and entertainment centers.

"The term of checking of one object lasts from two to 10 days, depending on what kind of business it is: large, medium or small. We have letters from the heads of shopping centers with a request to carry out checks for a full 10 days so that they have the opportunity to eliminate shortcomings. Indeed, the majority of economic entities take measures to eliminate violations until the end of the inspection, including the fact that demolitions are being made without the project documentation after the TC has been commissioned, "said the representative of the State Dispatch Service.

At the same time, according to the head of the KCSA Emergency Department Roman Tkachuk, out of 330 violations found during the inspections, 199 - violations that were not eliminated during previous inspections.

"In each shopping center there are comments, there are violations in the issues of fire and man-made security, for each TC information will be sent to the court if the owners do not comply with the regulations on security measures," - said Tkachuk.

Recall, on March 30 in Ukraine, began a massive inspection of all places of mass congestion.
