The number of users who paid communal and other payments using a smartphone and mobile bank Privat24, tripled.

For the first quarter of this year, the number of "clean" payments of Ukrainians (excluding replenishment of mobile and transfers between cards) through all services and cash desks of PrivatBank grew by 35% - to a record 19.6 million.

"In March, our customers spent almost 20 million communal and other payments, today this is an absolute national bank record," - said the head of the direction Payments and transfers of Privatbank Alexei Putyatin.

At the same time, the number of bank customers serviced in Privat24 and self-service terminals exceeded for the first time the number of visitors to the "live" branches of the bank by 13%.

According to the bank, since the beginning of the year the number of payments in the web version of Privat24 has grown by 73%.
