The important point of the Budapest Memorandum is that the security of the state cannot be based solely on external agreements or guarantees. Every document cannot replace the power of the power of the power to protect itself. And a power can only seize itself through the readiness of the powerful people to resist and fight, which has always been in store.

I don’t give up ideas about international security alliances and blocs, other than the knowledge that they can only be successful if they have power behind them, economic stability and technological superiority. And it is necessary to unite with those who will be aware of and prepared for the changes that today’s scientific and technological progress will bring to the world..

Assessing the ten years of our Independence, it is impossible to miss the year 2014. The beginnings of a war that they were trying to escape not by fighting, but by scattering and drifting towards the bank of Russia. This is a very important river of waste and pain, but at the same time and hope.

Even then, through the war, the Ukrainian union demonstrated the great potential it had for self-organization and against. And there were also people who were not afraid to take responsibility there, where the state institutions did not take action or they simply did not exist.

The final marriage rightly appreciated the importance of the army, trust in the Armed Forces grew, the Armed Forces themselves began to change, and the power was forced to make security the basis of national policy.. The great war then broke out. I know, like back in 1994, our very unpreparedness led to the only correct decision for that hour.

At this very moment, solutions are needed, and not problems that need to be solved, which are beyond the war.. Despite all the tragedy of the situation, which we experienced, we denied the chance to reformat our statements and approaches to the meaning of Independence and the place of Ukraine among the world. A place where it is possible to occupy only those who have power.

By the way, diplomatic maneuvers aimed at reversing relations with Russia led to the predicted war.

It is important to say that there is no change from Russia today, because a single exit is not a ceasefire. Albeit, it’s definitely a shepherd - but the army is weakened, demoralized and politicized, so that it no longer gives a chance to get out of the shepherds of the removins.

Until we emerge from the last “fucking storm” of 2022, the evidence of a completely new war has been revealed to us. We were told that there is a war now - it is no longer without tanks, artillery and missiles. These are unmanned systems, piece intelligence, autonomous control systems, data analysis and collection, robotic systems, stable satellite communications.

War has become cheap and accessible here, and even cruel. Ukraine has become one of the main testing grounds of the military-technological revolution of the 21st century and, by no means, is the most important Power in the world. The power that has entered a new era.

Axis one more lesson.

The war will lead to the development of scientific and technological progress. As on the mountain, this very progress, killing civilians and civilians, gives the opportunity to anyone to earn money. So, unfortunately, it happened forever. And this requires marketing, no matter how “beautiful” it is, does not replace the right strategy, inspired by science and evidence.

Today, Ukraine has become the epicenter, from which the formation of a new security architecture for the European continent begins. The armored forces of Ukraine have obtained unique evidence of a large-scale technological war against a dominant enemy - evidence that the greedy army of NATO countries does not have. These are the realities that can only be explained by those who are trying to grasp the current realities of war and live in the streaming paradigm of the “Cold War”.

Ukraine has become one of the key subjects in the formation of the new European security architecture. Everything in Europe is ready until then - turn on the food again.

Now we are faced with a dilemma: how to transform this war into a long-term national security system? How can we go through this increasingly empty world, perhaps five years, without being overcooked and without becoming dissatisfied with the world, which is already beginning to live and establish order behind a new logic - the logic of extremely rapid scientific and technological progress.

Why is the development strategy needed?. At the heart of any important place can be taken SAFETY. And so: whoever will be responsible for the development of the economy, innovation, development, the essential key factor of security - this is the “prophet” who will prophesy the way we already know.

Ale factor of safety – it’s not just the forces of today. This is the training of physicists, engineers, mathematicians. The knowledge of history and the recognition of its roots is the guarantee of the survival of the nation. This is our engine for getting out of the desert and finding our independence, gained through blood.

Ukraine has already proven that it can fight. Now we need to convey that we can survive and move forward strategically: not to allow pardons of the past, to transform evidence into the doctrine of the future, technology into the economy, the army into the streaming system, and Independence into the irrevocable.

We need to go far and earn everything, otherwise on the fortieth river of Independence of Ukraine we could say: “We will certainly never be in disgrace, since we did not stumble in the desert...”.
