Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes that Kaspersky Labs said they were disappointed by the decision of the US Department of Homeland Security to stop using the programs of the Russian IT company and accusations of cyber espionage attempts.

The company's statement says: "Kaspersky Lab" has never helped and will not help the government from any country in the world in attempts to cyber espionage or aggressive activities in cyberspace ".

The Laboratory stated: "We are disappointed that a private company can be considered guilty without evidence, under the pressure of the current geopolitical situation".

The company also said that, for its part, intend to continue to work with the US ministry, because they are confident of their innocence, which must be confirmed by further investigation.

The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova earlier commented on the decision of the US Department of Homeland Security. She wrote on her Facebook page: "That's all fair competition in three lines".

Recall that in July this year, the US administration removed the Russian company from two lists of suppliers whose products are approved for use by government agencies.
