Astana breaks agreement between oil-producing states within OPEC + - Kazakhstan sharply increased production and has already outstripped Iraq - before that the largest re-producer within the framework of the interstate agreement. This is reported by the agency Bloomberg.



Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan Suleimenov Timur reported that the level of production in the country by the results of 2017 increased by 10.5 percent and reached 86.2 million tons. In November and December 2017, Kazakhstan produced 130,000 barrels of oil per day more than the OPEC +.

Kazakhstan's energy minister Kanat Bozumbayev said that the state intends to increase production even more - up to 87 million tons at the end of the year, which is about 1.81 million barrels per day, compared to 1.74 million barrels per day, according to OPEC quotas +.
