Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and ex-ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk may become Ukraine's ambassador to Brazil. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Mr. Melnik was granted agrement (prior consent).
