In the consulate of Hungary in Berehovo citizens of Ukraine are issued Hungarian passports. The procedure is accompanied by a glass of champagne in honor of receiving the second citizenship and instructions - not to report receipt of documents of the Ukrainian authorities.
At the same time, citizens of Ukraine aloud swear allegiance to Hungary.
Record video with the specified procedure Ukrinform received from its own sources.
"I swear that I consider Hungary my homeland. I will be a faithful citizen, protect and serve Hungary. May God help me, "the citizens repeat the oath text three times against the background of the Hungarian flag.
Recall, the Law of Ukraine on citizenship is drawn up in such a way that the residents of Ukraine have almost no chance to renounce the citizenship of Ukraine even if they are legally and officially become citizens of other countries.
