Bad news from the war zone in eastern Ukraine. After the Russian military withdrew from the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordinating the Ceasefire and Stabilizing the Line of Delimitation of Parties in the Donbass Basin, the danger of open clashes on this already troubled front.

First, the communication channel between the Ukrainian and Russian armed forces is lost; secondly, OSCE observers will be much more dangerous to do their work. Added to this is the fact that it will be more difficult for both sides to keep vital infrastructure in working order. All this can further exacerbate the suffering of the civilian population.

The official explanation of Moscow in connection with the withdrawal of officers does not sound very convincing. However, what considerations really stand behind this step, it is difficult to understand. And this uncertainty also increases instability in the region.

In Russia, soon presidential elections. While everything looks so that Vladimir Putin wants peace of mind for their sake. Or does he want, by warming up conflicts, to stake on the mobilization of patriotic feelings?.
