According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Army General Viktor Muzhenko, this technique is not lethal, and the army badly needs armored vehicles for transporting personnel, physicians and engineers. Soon such an armored transport can be seen and the Ukrainian army.
In addition, the General Staff was formed a list, which indicates the exact number and model of weapons that the country needs for defense.
In particular, the list includes air defense systems, especially air reconnaissance means, electronic warfare means. All of them are necessary for Ukraine to continue its defensive operations in the east of the country.
As reported in "URA-Inform," recently Deputy UK Ambassador to Ukraine Helen Fejzi said that her country continues to help Ukraine, but the issue of the possible provision of lethal weapons has not yet been considered.
