This was stated by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada to journalists.

The head of the parliament called obvious that Ukraine is trying to establish good-neighborly relations with Belarus. However, the Ukrainian side understands that "the leadership of Belarus is under pressure and under the influence of the political leadership of the Russian Federation".

Parubiy noted that he did not doubt that Belarus, following Ukraine, would break diplomatic relations with Russia and take the path of European choice.

As previously reported, "URA-Inform", Belarus announced the persona non grata of the first secretary of the Ukrainian Embassy Igor Skvortsov. As the representative of the committee noted, an embassy employee is accused of espionage. It is noted that Pavel Sharoiko admitted that he is an employee of the military intelligence staff and worked under cover.
