So, 13 institutions for execution of punishments should be conserved, which are now filled by 8-44%. Such a message came from Deputy Minister of Justice H. Sevostyanova - at a government meeting.
So, in order to save the state budget funds, it was suggested to conserve 13 prisons at once, which are now badly filled. This in terms of heating and waste of other resources - inefficient use of funds. If this prison is conserved, then the savings will amount to UAH 70 million.
