The Moscow Basmanny Court in absentia arrested the prosecutor of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko and the investigator for especially important cases of the Prosecutor General's Office Vadim Priymachka. This, with reference to the court's decision, informs "UNN".
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation applied to the court with appropriate motions. The Basmanny court on July 20 granted the petitions, according to which Ruslan Kravchenko and Vadim Priamachok are accused for h. 2 items.
299 of the Russian Criminal Code "Involving a person who is knowingly innocent of criminal responsibility or unlawfully initiating a criminal case, connected with the accusation of a person for committing a grave or especially grave crime".
Recall, the military prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko is the head of a group of prosecutors in the case of the former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, who is hiding in Russia. And the military prosecutor, as well as the investigator Priymachok, are investigating the criminal proceedings against the Russian defense minister.
