Such a statement was made by C. Poltorak - Ukrainian Minister of Defense. According to him, the exercises planned by Russia can be applied to launch a large-scale aggression against Ukraine, as well as concerning other European countries.
Within the framework of the meeting C. Poltorak with NATO Secretary General. Stoltenberg discussed the situation that is now emerging in Ukraine, as well as around the world. This included, among other things, the forthcoming exercises "West-2017".
