The head of the Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai said that the destruction in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region is not being restored in any way and the occupiers do not plan to do this further. He announced this on the air of the telethon.
" Significantly, they tried to carry out some repairs, but in a very strange way - it was, to put it mildly, of poor quality, without examinations. Sometimes they simply cut off all the batteries in multi-storey buildings, including new ones.. Renovation work is underway now." , there is no construction. About the villages and cities shot by the Russians - no one is talking about restoration. They are already saying in plain text that they will not restore it, because there is no point,"
He added that given that the front line comes as close as possible to the cities, the Russians simply close the cities and do not let anyone in or out..
