The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that men liable for military service will be able to leave their place of residence only with the permission of the military commissariat.

In order to streamline the registration of displaced persons, a procedure has been developed for granting permission to citizens of Ukraine who are registered with the military in the TCC and SP to leave their place of residence (place of stay) from the moment mobilization is announced and in wartime.
Permission will be issued from 30 days to a year, depending on the category of the subject.
The Ministry of Defense is considering additional regulation of the issues of movement of persons systematically crossing administrative borders due to official or personal need.
