International Airport "Lviv" has signed a contract with Loukost-airline Ryanair, while rejecting several of its requirements. This was reported by the general director of the enterprise Tatiana Romanovskaya.

"We removed several requirements. In the first year they offer only a basic agreement, all the other demands that Boryspil said were being considered for the next years, "she said at a press conference in Kiev..

According to her, these requirements related to the allocation of land to the hotel and the distribution of profits from transportation.

In mid-March 2017 commercial director Ryanair David O'Brien stated that the low-coster since October 2017 will perform 15 flights a week from Kiev and 16 flights a week from Lviv. The cost of flying to Europe from Ukraine was from € 20.

July 5 Ryabikin said he had signed a contract with Ryanair, the text of the agreement was sent to the main office of the airline.

Later in Boryspil stated that some of the requirements of a loukoster could lead to airport losses of $ 2 billion UAH per year.

July 10, Ryabikin said that in Ryanair put forward conditions that are unprofitable for the company, and some, according to the CEO, are contrary to Ukrainian law. He added that he would withdraw the signature under the treaty if Ryanair insists on his demands.

On July 13, Boryspil announced the resumption of negotiations with the carrier.
