NABU has received full access to the register of e-declarations NAPK

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine in full received access to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Government Functions.

"Now detectives and analysts of the NABU have the ability to process all data from the Register through a cryptographically protected closed network directly from the premises of the Bureau. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the procedure for the analysis of declarations of persons under investigation by the NABU during investigations of criminal proceedings for the presence of signs of corruption offenses in them, "the report says..



Access to automated information and reference systems, registers and data banks owned by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption is provided for in the existing Memorandum between departments signed in January 2017.

Now, the detectives of the Bureau are investigating in more than 40 industries, started, including, following the results of checking electronic declarations.

Earlier, the head of the NABU, Artem Sytnik, interviewed ZN. The UA stated that the NABU is ready to provide NAPC staff with access to its databases, but expects that the agency will also provide full access to the registry of electronic declarations.
