Trying to save on the purchase of goods, a resident of Shostka decided to purchase parts for the briquette press. As a result, the man was left without money, and without a purchase.
As reported by the Shostka police department, a 32-year-old local resident appealed to the fraud. The man said that on one of the ads sites he found a profitable offer for selling briquette press parts.
And when he contacted the seller and agreed to buy a whole machine for 15,000 hryvnia, he got the money and disappeared.
Now, law enforcement officers are conducting inspections and investigative measures to identify and detain a swindler. On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened on h. 1 st. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Fraud" and again appeal to citizens with a request to be as cautious as possible when buying or selling goods on the Internet. Use only trusted online stores and pay for the goods only after receiving it.
